A few pictures of other models I have made.
Soviet Krivak class frigate. I built this model for a group of war gamers. It's is on 1/56th scale and is entirely scratch built and is over eight feet long. The model is used for role playing war games, the decks lift off to give more playing space. The internal layout is fictional and was designed to with game play in mind, lots of spaces and restricted sight line etc but there are the compartments you would expect galley , sick bay and a workshop with a lathe and milling machine. The plastic used was mainly from old theatre signs. I made lots of castings for the internal parts bunks and cabinets and doors and others. The model splits into three sections for storage and transportation.
